Lafayette Club Tasting Dinner with Chef Shane Oporto for Stage Culinary


Shane Oporto, the Executive Chef of STAGE Culinary is poised to present his second tasting dinner at the beautiful Lafayette Club on Lake Minnetonka. This immersive 15-Course Tasting Menu will be in support of STAGE Culinary, a student culinary arts project. Join us on March 19th to learn about the incredible story of STAGE Culinary, and it's vision for culinary arts education. In our second year of offering this dinner with the Lafayette Club we are thrilled to share the growth of this remarkable edcuational tool and elaborate on the future of culinary and entreprenurial arts through Stage.

An evening hosted by Co-Founders of Stage Culinary, Mark Rivard and Chef Shane Oporto with the support of Lafayette Club Food and Beverage Director Jake Hawley, we look forward to an inspiring conversation. Guests will enjoy wine pairings, and a journey through culinary excellence. This is a communitive dinning experience. Guest Chefs, former Rivard Art Education student Stosh Karney, and Stage serivce professional Sarah McDonough, will be on hand to share their own stories. We encourage productive and inspiring conversation and can't wait share our story with you.
